  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Buyer Terms

  • Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
  • Payments must be made using the available secure payment methods.
  • Buyers must not misuse the platform (fraud, fake orders, or abusive behavior).

5. Seller (Vendor) Terms

  • Sellers may only list genuine, legal, and original products.
  • Prohibited items (weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit products, etc.) are not allowed.
  • Sellers must ship products on time and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Sellers are responsible for product warranties, returns, and refunds as per eTulip policies.
  • eTulip charges a commission on each sale, based on the agreed vendor plan.

6. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • Payments are collected by eTulip and transferred to vendors after deducting commissions.
  • eTulip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are provided by vendors and logistics partners.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • eTulip is not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or natural events.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Buyers may request returns or refunds according to our Refund Policy.
  • Sellers must honor refund and return requests if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • eTulip may step in to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use eTulip for unlawful purposes.
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Try to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on etulip.shop (logos, design, text, images) belongs to eTulip.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • eTulip is a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
  • We do not manufacture or directly sell products. Vendors are fully responsible for their listings.

  • Serious violations may result in permanent banning and loss of access.
