Refund & Returns Policy

At eTulip, we want every shopping experience to be safe and reliable. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how buyers can request a return or refund, and what sellers must follow to ensure fair service.


1. General Policy

  • Buyers may request a return or refund if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Digital products, services, and perishable goods (e.g., fresh groceries) are generally non-refundable, unless faulty.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or transaction ID).
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, or tags.
  • Shipping fees for returns may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

3. Seller (Vendor) Responsibilities

  • Sellers must respond to refund and return requests promptly.
  • Sellers must accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described.
  • Refunds must be issued within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • Sellers may reject returns if products are intentionally damaged, used, or returned without valid reason.

4. Refund Process

  • Buyer submits a return/refund request through their eTulip account or customer support.
  • Seller reviews the request and provides instructions for returning the item.
  • Once the product is received and verified, the seller approves or denies the refund.
  • If approved, the refund is processed to the buyer’s original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (groceries, fresh food, etc.) unless damaged.
  • Personal care items, undergarments, or hygiene products.
  • Digital downloads, software, or subscriptions.
  • Clearance or final sale products marked as “Non-Returnable.”

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, eTulip may step in to mediate.
  • eTulip reserves the right to review evidence (photos, receipts, tracking numbers) and make a fair decision.
  • Decisions made by eTulip in disputes are final.
